RIDE WITH KEN TERMS OF SERVICE

Ken Freeman reserves the right to refuse or deny service to any requested ride. With only one car in the fleet, he can only be at one place at one time.
Therefore, prescheduling helps you know whether or not Ken can serve you. Upon receipt of your form ( for a free membership ride or for a paid ride), Ken will telephone or email you either a confirmation or a denial of the ride. If you have paid PAYPAL for your ride, in the event your ride is denied by Ken, your PAYPAL payment will be refunded.

In the event of a missed or delayed ride, if Ken is unable to complete a prescheduled ride, you will be offered a free ride of equal distance!
